How long does it take for my order to ship?

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY!

All orders dispatch from our warehouse in Sydney or the UK the same (if ordered early in the morning) or next business day. Shipping times then vary by location within Australia but can take up to four business days (please allow longer than this if you live in WA, NT or a remote location). Please allow for extra delivery time over the Christmas period. Our orders ship from our Sydney warehouse with Australia Post.

Orders placed between 24 - 27 December will leave our warehouse on 28 December.

Australia Post has advised the following delivery estimates during the Christmas period but please be aware it can take longer than this and once it leaves our warehouse it is outside of our control:

Within same state

Within metropolitan areas of capital cities, or within the same city or town or environs: allow 2 business days

Between a metropolitan area of a capital city and a rural location: up to 4 business days

Between rural locations: up to 5 business days

To interstate

Between Sydney/Brisbane, Sydney/Melbourne, Melbourne/Canberra or Melbourne/Adelaide: allow 2-3 business days

Between Sydney/Adelaide, Melbourne/Brisbane, Melbourne/Tasmania or Adelaide/Canberra: allow 3-4 business days

Between other capital cities: allow 5-6 business days

How much does shipping cost?

We know how annoying it is to pay for shipping so we’re paying it for you for orders over $40! For orders less than $40, shipping is $3. If you would like to upgrade to Express shipping there is an additional fee.

Do you accept international orders?

We love our international clients and are happy to ship internationally! Shipping is charged at the exact rate and is added during checkout.

Please also note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred as well as any customs delays. Please check your local customs office for more information.

International orders are sent via Air Mail with an estimated delivery of 3-10 working days after dispatch to most locations. Some locations may take longer depending on the address. We are not responsible for any carrier or customs delays and cannot guarantee a set delivery time. 

If you’re located in the UK, please note some of our products are now available from our UK warehouse, including our 2017 Amelia Lane Life Designer {Signature} in Navy Stripes (with UK public holidays!) and our Amelia Lane Wedding Designer. These two items are shipped FREE within mainland UK.

What is your return and refund policy?

We want to make sure you love your Amelia Lane Paper products and we are happy to offer a refund for items returned within seven days unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be refunded to you but please note: shipping costs are non-refundable so your refund will be less $15 for shipping and restocking at our warehouse. If you believe your order has been damaged during delivery, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can rectify the situation. Similarly, if you believe there is a manufacturing error please contact us right away so we can make it right for you!

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address or make changes to orders once they are submitted (as they are immediately sent to our warehouse and then shipped) so please double-check your order and shipping details before confirming as we are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, we don't offer gift wrapping at this time although we hope to introduce it soon!

You can purchase all our products in our online shop, or visit one of our lovely stockists. Please call first to check they have the product you are searching for in stock!
